Terms of Service

This page is maintained by Storehouse Digital and describes the terms that apply when you use our software. Last updated 2026.

1. Software vendor status

Storehouse Digital is a financial software and data aggregation technology platform. We are not a registered certified public accounting (CPA) firm, tax preparer, financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter.

Nothing in the product constitutes tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of it. We do not hold, transmit, or exchange customer funds, and we do not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Self-service tax estimates and record-keeping

Cost-basis calculations (including FIFO and HIFO matching), realized and unrealized gain figures, estimated tax liabilities, and IRS Form 8949 CSV exports are generated automatically from the public on-chain data and the preferences you select. They are provided for informational record-keeping only.

Output may be incomplete or inaccurate where on-chain data is missing, ambiguous, mis-priced, or mis-categorized. You are responsible for reviewing every figure and export with a qualified CPA or tax professional before filing, and for the accuracy of anything you submit to a tax authority.

3. Non-custodial wallets and key ownership

Wallets created in Storehouse Digital are non-custodial embedded wallets provisioned through Privy. You retain exclusive ownership and control of your private keys. Storehouse Digital cannot move your assets, cannot sign transactions for you, and cannot recover your keys.

When you export a private key or seed phrase to an external wallet client, you become solely responsible for safeguarding that material. Loss, theft, disclosure, or misuse of an exported key can result in irreversible loss of assets, and Storehouse Digital accepts no liability for such loss.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully, to provide accurate account information, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

5. Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party providers for wallet infrastructure, on-chain indexing, on-ramp/off-ramp flows, and hosting. Their availability, pricing, and data accuracy are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of those flows.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storehouse Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, tax penalties, or losses arising from digital-asset price movements or key mismanagement.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@storehousedigital.com.
