Privacy Policy

We process only what the product needs to build your portfolio and tax records:

• Account identifiers — the email address (or social login identifier) you authenticate with, and the internal account id issued by our authentication provider.
• Public wallet addresses — the embedded EVM and Solana addresses provisioned for you, plus any external public addresses you choose to link.
• On-chain activity — public transaction hashes, timestamps, token symbols, amounts, historical USD values, and gas fees, retrieved from public blockchain data and indexing providers.
• Your preferences — cost-basis method (FIFO or HIFO), basis scope (universal or per-wallet), tax-category overrides, wallet labels, and subscription tier.

We use this data to display your portfolio, compute cost basis and estimated tax figures, generate exports you request, and operate and support the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Storehouse Digital never stores, sees, or accesses your private keys or seed phrases. Embedded wallet keys are generated and held in the non-custodial infrastructure of our wallet provider (Privy) and are revealed only to you, inside an isolated export interface that our application cannot read.

Because of this, we cannot move your funds, cannot sign transactions on your behalf, and cannot recover a lost key on your behalf.

Application traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Database records — profiles, linked wallet addresses, transaction records, and cost-basis lots — are stored on managed Supabase infrastructure and encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Access to your rows is restricted to trusted server code that first verifies your authenticated session; client applications cannot read another account's records. Secrets such as third-party API keys are stored in a managed secret store and are never shipped to the browser.

We rely on service providers for authentication and wallet infrastructure, blockchain indexing, database hosting, and on-ramp/off-ramp flows. They process data only as needed to provide those functions. Note that blockchain data itself is public and permanent by design and cannot be deleted by us.

We retain account and derived tax records while your account is active so your historical cost basis stays intact. You can unlink external wallets at any time, and you can request deletion of your account records by contacting us. Cost-basis lots are recomputed from source activity and are replaced on each sync.
